Best chief complaint ever:) I would have loved a PMH too;) This happily reminds me of the seasonal Santa Claus admission note that used to circulate among the residents (years ago now:) Reindeer trauma;)
How about this PMH? Macrorhinia, Zoonotic Exposure, Anthropophagy, Metallic dentition, Assistive Device Use (mortar, pestle, besom). I had to look up the Santa Clause note. I love it.
